What we do?
Here at our special center we do endoscopic Surgery
for urinary diseases like Prostate enlargement , Urinary
bladder stones,Ureteric stones , Kidney stones.
1. For prostate enlargement hereinafter
called as BEP :- There is a special endoscope for the
surgery. Through penis we isert this Mc Carthy's
endoscope under spinal anesthesia till prostate is seen
on monitor. Then with the help of electronic cautery and
resectoscope we cut small pieces of prostate and get
them out of body with special bottle. This entire
surgery is bloodless. There is no bleeding and stitches
after BEP surgery. Patient walks home after 5
days.
2. For all stones :- We do endoscopic
retrieval of the stones by crushing them in the bladder
, ureter , kidney. Through the penis the endoscope is
inserted in the said organ and with the help of oxygen
stone is broken into pieces with strong jets of oxygen
gas. The pieces of stones are brought out of body.
